With Mother's Day just around the corner, the days just seem to keep coming around faster and faster, how do we slow down to take in the small moments? One simple step we can take each day is to find a quiet space to ourselves and breathe. Sounds simple. Sometimes this seems impossible. Us Mums are amazing at taking care of everyone and everything around us, but it is vital we take at least a moment to ourselves. In this quiet space, relax your shoulders, take an intentional deep breath and slowly exhale. Try and think of just one good thing that happened today. In doing so you are allowing yourself, your body and your mind to relax and reset for the rest of the day.
